We are a new team who have been assembled to step change the consumer proposition of the BTS network.
Our key executives are all specialists in their areas of responsibility, ensuring that whilst we are currently a small business compared to our competitors, we have the know-how to deliver on our objectives. Our Vision, Mission, and Values clearly state our intention, to provide the best possible services to our customers and do this in a sustainable way, taking our people with us along the journey.

Publishing Business 1996 - 2018
1996
- Established as a subsidiary under Nation Multimedia Group (NMG)
2002
- Known as Nation Books, operating a publishing business specializing in pocket books
2006 - 2008
- Ventured into edutainment and international business
- Changed its name to Nation International Edutainment PLC.
- Was listed in MAI market under “NINE” ticker
2018
- Ceased to be NMG’s subsidiary
Refinement & Investment 2019 - 2021
2020 - 2021
- Refined business model of publishing business
- Invested in Landy Home Development, Trans.Ad and RSPlanB
Transform into Retail 2021 onwards
2021
- Sought new business opportunities
- Started retail business by appointing the new CEO from retail industry and expert management team
- Opened 1st Turtle Shop, a lifestyle store on BTS network, at St. Louis Station
2022
- Launched commercial space on St. Louis Station
- Opened 2nd & 3rd Turtle Shops, at Phloen Chit and Victory Monument Station
- Raised THB 4 Billion; VGI, through POV, as NINE’s majority shareholder
- Obtained a license to manage commercial spaces on 31 Green Line BTS stations
- Acquired WERK, the retail media expert
