Leasing partners will be chosen to compliment the retail offer inside the stations and to provide consistency across all station concourses.
Space for Rent
Our leasing partners will need to demonstrate a compelling quality of service that appeals to the BTS ridership.
We seek to find partners who can open in multiple stations as one of our goals is to standardize the offers across as many stations as possible. Our team of leasing professionals is standing by to help you develop your business through our network.
Leasing space 3 types :
1. Permanent
A full height shop sizing between 10-20 sqm suitable for those who want impact brand awareness with minimum 1 year contract.
2. Kiosk
A semi-open space sizing between 3-6 sqm with minimum 3 months contract.
3. Promotion
A fully open space sizing 6-9 sqm suitable for marketing event, activity to promote products and services with minimum 1 day contract.
