Super Turtle Public Company Limited organized Values Day 2025 to review and reinforce the importance of organizational values under the concept "A Stage for People with (Organizational) Values." The event was held at BTS Visionary Park Building, Meeting Room 33^rd floor on 21 November 2025.

Mr. Ian Longden, Chief Executive Officer, introduced the 6 Core Skills, the fundamental competencies that the organization expects from all employees. These Core Skills have been developed from the company's organizational values. Additionally, Mr. Yotin Thavikulwat, Chief Operation Officer, and Mr. Kumpol Ruaypom, Chief Financial Officer, shared practical approaches for applying these Core Skills in day-to-day operations within the organization.

The event featured a variety of activities designed to promote learning and foster positive relationships among employees, including the Values - Living Compass Game led by the HR team and Activity-Based Learning by Conicle.

Values Day 2025 reflects the company's commitment to building a strong organizational culture and developing personnel to grow sustainably alongside the organization.
