Super Turtle Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO), has jointly launched pharmacies at BTS Skytrain stations under the project “GPO Metro Sky” to enhance urban lifestyle access to healthcare services including health care consultation, supporting health promotion policies, and accommodating primary healthcare public health policies. This initiative serves as a service unit supporting the Universal Coverage Scheme (Gold Card) program for 32 minor illness conditions that can be treated using the Gold Card to receive medication free of charge. The GPO pharmacies will be operated across 15 BTS Stations including Chit Lom, Asok, Phrom Phong, Sala Daeng, Chong Nonsi, On Nut, Ekkamai, Phra Khanong, Surasak, Saint Louis, Phloen Chit, National Stadium, Mo Chit, Ari, and Victory Monument. Currently, 14 branches are already in operation, with Victory Monument branch scheduled to open at the end of January 2026.

The grand opening for GPO METRO SKY, the Government Pharmaceutical Organization's pharmacy store, took place on 24 December 2025 at BTS Ekkamai Station. Mr. Ian Craig Londen, Chief Executive Officer of Super Turtle PLC., Mr. Yotin Thavikulwat, Chief Operation Officer Super Turtle PLC., and Dr. Mingkwan Suphannaphong, Managing Director of GPO, attended the event and participated in a commemorative photo session.
